The largest Hot Falls on earth are found in
Sibley Park in Mankato, MN. The DeScy Hot Falls were first discovered in 1917
by Father Henri DeScy. "The Blessed Virgin has smiled upon the people in this
cold land. I will build a fine church," he said. Father DeScy built a fine church
and charged only $5.00 for pilgrims to view this wonderful work of nature.
Unfortunately the church fell into disrepair after Father DeScy was incarcerated
by the IRS for tax evasion.
